Ground handling is regulated by the Air Traffic Law (OG No. 69/2009), the Ordinance on Ground Handling Services (OG No. 39/2010) and the CCAA Air Safety Order (ASO- 2010-05).  (All legislation are available through links to CCAA official website http://www.ccaa.hr/ ).Airlines are free to provide self-handling in accordance with requirements set out in the mentioned legislation.Ground handling providers may request from CCAA an approval to provide ground handling services in accordance with the mentioned legislation.
