Web check-in

Along with your name and surname, the web check-in form requires one of the following:

• Electronic ticket number (ETKT)
• Frequent Flyer card number
• Reservation code (5 letter code)

Please be aware of the following:

• Web check-in limitations may appear on connecting flights with other airlines.
• Web check-in limitations may appear on flights on which Split Airport represents middle destination e.g. flight Rome-Split-Zagreb
• Web check-in cannot be performed for unaccompanied children or passengers with reduced mobility.

Passengers who need to check-in baggage can do so at the baggage drop-off counter in the lobby area.
