Important Notice: The Carrier confirms that any services received from the Handling Company at Split airport (SPU) are accepted under the terms and conditions of the IATA SGHA version 2013, with special reference to the Article 8 Liability and Indemnity.
Pursuant to Article 9, paragraph 3 of the Ordinance on the Provision of Ground Services (Official Gazette 61/15) and the request of Split Airport Ltd., to limit the number of ground service providers, with the prior opinion of the Croatian Civil Aviation Agency, Ministry of the Sea, Transport and infrastructure made the decision limiting the number of ground service providers at Split Airport to two (2).
