Vision

The vision of Split Airport Ltd is to become the most successful airport in this part of Europe and to achieve the highest level and quality of services to the satisfaction of passengers and airlines on one hand, and to demonstrate its success by efficient running of the business on the other.

Furthermore, as legal person of particular state interest, we want to be the model of caring and responsible attitude towards customers, community, employees and environment. Also, we want the infrastructure we manage to represent the concept of the safest, the most qualitative and the most beautiful airport in the Republic of Croatia and in the region.

Mission

To create preconditions for safe and regular air traffic, with continuous increase of quality of services and satisfaction of customers.

To make positive environmental influences, to ensure sustainable development and environment preservation, and to be the support of development of tourism in Middle Dalmatia.

To contribute economic and traffic development of the Republic of Croatia through harmonisation with international standards and trade expertise and professionalism of all employees, always cherishing the status of the safe airport.
