Assistance guide
You will need to take a few simple steps to receive assistance during your trip.
before flight
To receive the best possible assistance, contact the airline at least 48 hours before your trip and explain the type of assistance you need or if you are traveling with a companion. You should also inform them if you will be traveling with a service dog.
Your airline will advise you on your wheelchair or mobility aids and, if necessary, on their batteries.
Reserved parking
You can find the designated disability parking spots in our South car park. These are spots that are closest to the entrance to the airport.
